I am writing this from Harbour City/Ocean Terminal (www.harbourcity.com.hk) at one of the free Internet stations. This place is easily 3-4 times the size of Tyson's. Anyway I just got back from visiting the "Hong Kong Disneyland Preview Centre" -- what a letdown!!!

12, 4, 6, 9, 12
12 The time we went out last night
4 The time we got in last night
6 The time we actually went to sleep last night
9 The time I woke up this morning
12 The time we have to go out again this afternoon to do more stuff : )
Mary was the catalyst with the Turkish boys... but then the locals, a Scot, and the Germans quickly followed suit. : ) Club ING, ladies' night. Free 'real' drinks for women all night long. Not too shabby. Vodka, lots and lots of vodka. We spent most of our time in the techno room, but the hip hop room did play two decent songs while we were there. -- Nelly - Ride wit Me and of course, Independent Women. We were probably "those girls". : ) But as Mary would say, "We are the party."

I'm further than usual from the Tundra Road today. Just dropping a note from HK. Mary, Maria and Eric are hilarious and we've spent the better part of the day wandering around TST and Central. Visited the infamous Lan Kwai Fong -- in the daytime. We'll be back at night at some point. Picked up about a dozen VCD's, with most of them being Andy Lau movies... it's so happy. $15 HKD each.. can't beat that.
Last night we made it to the Kowloon Tong/Festival Walk mall... mmm the Park and Shop. So good. Hopefully next time we go, we'll be there early enough to get some of the sushi. I could eat that every day and drink the cold green tea drinks...
Just being here makes me want to move... it just seems like Home.

I've been trying to think of something interesting to write about the past few days, but now I realize it doesn't matter if it's interesting or not.
Today was one of those beautiful days that just makes you want to skip class. In my case, I wanted to skip going to work. It would have been so nice to just drive around aimlessly for hours, stopping at roadside stands, eating ice cream. Maybe it's morbid, but it's always on the best and nicest days, that I am most aware of my mortality.
